We are seeking a Mission Deployment Analyst to join our team. This role blends technical data gathering and pipeline building with intelligence tradecraft, ideal for someone with a DoD or Intelligence Community background who thrives at the intersection of mission support and creative uses of cutting-edge data technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and operate the Zignal platform to identify, collect, and refine relevant data from social media, news, and other online platforms
• Build, curate, and maintain structured datasets and pipelines tailored to mission requirements
• Translate mission requirements into model specs, datasets, and acceptance criteria
• Develop, deploy and monitor computer vision models to ensure accuracy and real-time performance targets
• Apply AI-driven capabilities (clustering, narrative detection, geolocation, media analysis, anomaly detection) to enhance data quality and relevance
• Collaborate with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize ingestion, filtering, tagging, and enrichment workflows
• Support our field team with fast turnaround dataset development to meet urgent customer needs
• Stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and methods to improve data collection and mission support
• Maintain our compliance with classification, security, and ethical standards for government-facing programs

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to re-obtain and maintain one)
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or defense contractor programs with mission-focused data collection and analysis
• Strong command of Boolean operators and nesting to drive recall and precision of datasets
• Experience with large-scale media monitoring and data ingestion platforms
• Background in DoD/Gov intel tools and techniques (link/social, geospatial, source analysis) with hands-on use of Palantir, i2, ArcGIS or equivalents
• Proficiency with data gathering tools, APIs, and platforms, including social media and other online sources
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in large-scale data refinement (NLP, clustering, computer vision, anomaly detection)
• Strong understanding of intelligence tradecraft and mission alignment
• Ability to turn customer objectives into technical requirements with clear criteria aligned to decision and development timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale media monitoring and data ingestion platforms
• Background in automating and scaling data pipelines for efficiency
• Familiarity with influence monitoring, narrative analysis, and threat/risk intelligence
• Technical skills in Python, SQL, or related scripting for data collection, transformation, and automation
